Our goal at First Directional Rentals is to manufacture downhole equipment that provides Quality, Value, and Reliability in a cost effective manner. We will continually strive to improve our products and offer upgrades as well as enhancements to the Pilot Platform. We offer OEM repair and maintenance services as well as sustaining calibration and verification services.

Calibration
We have a state of the art Helmholtz Coil and software to fully temperature calibrate the directional sensor package for the Pilot MWD System. As part of our calibration service we do environmental screening to verify the sensor package and its electronics.
Firmware Update
Verify existing firmware on your Pilot MWD components, and then update to the latest version of firmware to ensure the most reliable performance. We then thoroughly test the product prior to returning to your care.
OEM Board Replacement
Repair your Pilot MWD System using OEM components and processes. We can diagnose and bring your Pilot MWD components back to like new performance. We can completely re-manufacture and upgrade your entire Pilot Kit to current specifications and features.
Pilot Pulser Services
We offer pulser repair rebuilding and replacing components as required, and then pressure test the housing and oil fill the pulser assembly making it ready for the field. Equipment is then returned ready to be used in the field.
